The exterior angle of this 'polygon' would be 180 - 130 = 50

Now the sum of the exterior angles of any polygon is 360 degrees, so the number of sides would be supposedly:

= 360/50

= 7.2

Now since a polygon cannot have 7.2 sides, a regular polygon's angle can't measure 130 degrees.
