What is wrong Car cranks but wont start fire to plugs and appears to be getting gas 2003 Kia spectra?

Kia has had problems with the grond wire at the fuel pump in the tank you need to do a fuel pressure test to see if the pump is putting out the correct fuael pressure. this is done by hoocking up a gauge to the test port on the fuel rail it almost looks like a valve stem pressure should be 50-60 psi
