How can you connect your PS2 Memory Card to the Computer?

Can't believe anyone would say "you can't" to this, talk about no imagination :(. NOTHING, AND I MEAN NOTHING, CANNOT BE DONE!!

There is something called a DexDrive, I know of that, no idea where to get one though...
