Can you touch a baby rabbit after a week?

I don't advise you pick them up and cuddle them reguarly until they are AT LEAST 2 weeks old. Although we have some baby bunnies at the moment that are 2 weeks old and we hold them often...they mother doesn't seem to mind. At 3 days old we took them out to county them but put them straight back in before the mother noticed.
