Yes...and no. Because most bacteria is in the mouth and it is easy to enter the body through the eye, diseases can be spread easily. Thankfully for most humans, diseases carried by llamas will probably not thrive in a human body. This is because bacteria is made to infect only one or two life forms. So if another animal or human was spit at, it may or may not be infected depending on the disease.
