Are there other books by Jane westaway?

It looks like she has written more than one, yes. :) I see "Love and Other Excuses" and "Reliable Friendly Girls" on one publisher site. She is also co-author or co-editor of "It Looks Better on You" and "Accusation: A Wife's Story." Another site lists "Good at Geography." I think only the first two titles are for a young adult audience.
