How do you check your child for ticks?

Remove all of your child's clothing, and examine every single inch of his body, making sure to also check in skin folds, crevices, between the legs, in the ears and all over the scalp, and between fingers and toes. Ticks can be difficult to find, especially the really small ones, and the ones that are in skin folds, etc. So you need to go slowly while examining your child to be sure you do examine him thoroughly.
