What are all the ways to win rebuild 2?

The ways I've found so far, ( I don't know exactly how many there are) is escaping on the helicopter, defeating the Last Judgement Gang(Guess the Zombies weren't so important after all, huh?), Finding a cure, and creating a constitution at City Hall. -SNikT
