Where to get free cydia download for iPhone?

You have to jailbreak your iphone to get it. I answered this question on a jailbroken iPod touch. Do NOT use the blackra1n jailbreak. I jailbroke this a long time ago and I do not know what jailbreak I used, so good luck!
