Can you sweat out heroin

I have been taking Methadone for two years now and I do notice that it does make me sweat.. sometimes I can be sitting in my home watching tv and start pouring sweat. Other times I can be doing strenuous yard work or something and wont sweat a drop. I guess it does depend, in part, to your body's metabolism and how it reacts to the medication.
