Usually this signifies a member of a MC that has killed for the club or has put his life on the line to defend the club - whether in biker wars or bar brawls. These patches are only worn by 1%ers - Like HA, Warlocks, Pagans, 69ers, Devils Minions, Devils Knights & such.
