Where is the fuse located for the fuel door of an 1996 Cadillac Eldorado?

The fuel door is not on a stand alone fuse The fuel door switch is deactivated if the button in the glove box was depressed for valet service (which also locks out the access to the trunk via the dash button). That's an easy (and free) fix.
