Repair cost of lifters for car engine?

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:

• Engine size and type
• Damage, most old style engines that have a lifter fail ruing the camshaft
• Many engines that have a damaged camshaft also have other damage from the metal ground off the damaged parts and will soon require the engine changed.

Without knowledge of the type make model and year of engine this is no an answerable question
