This ia a modern Pre WWII bolt action firearm with a faux Mauser Bolt and action. Expect modern 7mm speed with reliable ammunition. Commonly cut down (sporterized)and used as a deer rifle after WII. This was the most common infantry weapon before and during WII with the Italian army in Africa and Europe. Many surpus (captured) rifles were available to the public in the 50's. Sadly, this is the weapon that killed John F. Kennedy in Dealy Plaza. While not equal to a 30-06 it's a reliable medium range deer rifle.

Muzzle velocity is generally from 2100 to 2400 fps.
