What if 3 ounces of antfreeze got mixed with 12 quarts of oil?

I have had antifreeze get into the engine oil when the engine blew a head gasket. A little bit of water or Antifreeze will not hurt anything.If it was 2 quarts then it would be A good idea to change the oil but 3 ounces is nothing to be conserensd about.
