What should be included in a response to a request for extension of time email?

We greatly appreciate that you have given us a payment extension to July 15 to allow us for payment preparation. Could you please provide the billing invoice for the remaining tuition fees and that should not have the tuition refund program fee included so that we can initiate our internal financial approval process to request a one-time payment?
