Is it legal for a felon to grow medical marijuana in California?

I don't see why not, other than if you were selling it to people who didn't really need it. If you were growing it for personal use, maybe they would let you. Maybe they don't really care at all. I think all you need to do is know how to grow it well and it must be organic else your just hurting yourself with the added chemicals. and no one likes bud with chems in it anyway. If you like it chemy then you havn't had organic. yeah to answer your question i don't think California wants people to move there to grow, so finding the answer online will be tough. Try calling a dispensary in cali to get the answers your looking for.
