Can you bury a dog on your property?

Yes, you certainly can because it is your property. However, it would be illegal to bury it, for example, in someone else's yard or in a state park, because you don't own that place.

About the only pet I know of that you can't bury anywhere is a horse, but a dog should be perfectly fine.
