What is acetaminophen in Nyquil Can it make you fail drug test?

yes it can.. my probation officer told me not to take Tylenol or anything containing acetaminophen because i take 2 urine samples a week and it will show up as a false positive for meth. also ibuprofen will cause false positive for THC in high dosages.. their are many over the counter medications such as cough supressants that will cause false readings. be careful what you take because some employers or probation departments will think your full of Sh*t and deny the fact it can be false positives yet it truly is something Legal you took.
