What is the first step to hook up smart TVs?

Smart televisions are connected in the same way as standard televisions. An aerial feed for terrestrial channels, a cable feed or an output from a satellite or cable receiver are needed. These are identical to a standard model.

For the "smart" functions, most require an internet connection. You will need to read the manual that comes with the television. You will be guided by the manual to connect to the Internet with either a Wifi or hard wired network link. You will need an existing Internet connection in the home of course.
