Are Gmail accounts better than msn live accounts?

Firstly, MSN Mail existed in the dial-up days. It's now called Hotmail or Outlook.com. Gmail is better because it gives you more services and anyone can sign up for it. Also, MSN makes you prove your age by donating 50 cents to a "charity." Gmail doesn't make you do that. Another thing is, well google Play, google Wallet, Goole Talk, google Voice, YouTube, and several other services make up the google system. Microsoft only has XBOX LIVE, Zune Music, Hotmail, Windows Phone Store, and its own site. And to top it all of, google Mail has a telephone built in its mail interface.
