Can you have kids on the sims 2 video game?

Most certainly.... you need to make sure that the 2 sims are in love. then get your sim to 'Relax' on a double bed. then click on your the other sim and click on 'ask to join' then once you are both lying on the bed. click on the other female sim and click on try for baby
