Doing a bit of a guesstimate here:
- let's say one hour of jogging will use up 450 kCal
- let's say you run the mile in 8 minutes
- that means the mile run will take you about 1/8 of a hour
- so something like 60 kCal.
Do note that the above is a crude approximation, and personal fitness and effort used can change the value above quite a lot.
