In Pokemon emerald what moves are best for a cool contest?

i have a pichu, then i made its coolness into its maximum level (through red pokeblocks) that has a volt tackle, thunder wave, double team and your choice....

to have a volt tackle, have a female pikachu with a light ball as an hold item (get the light ball from a wild pikachu) then breed it to a male pikachu or a ditto......... hatch the egg thenm BOOM!!!!! pichu with a volt tackle....
