How do you tell if a raccoon is a male of female?

A female is very large and arressive, as with the male who is smaller and not aggessive. Males are quite the friendly-curious fellow, but of course is wild, so getting close when it doesn't want you too may be dangerous. A male will watch and observe you, as a female will walk away. A male might want petting attention like a cat, so becareful. A female will be very breathy & make snorting noises like a pig. As with the male will be more quiet & no noises will be heard, for the most part. Remember they are wild!
