What expansion pack do you need to build a hospital in The Sims 2 for PC?

You can't actually make a hospital in The Sims 2 no matter what expansion packs you may or may not have. You could, however, create a building as a community lot, and pretend it was a hospital, but you won't have any hospital furniture (like gurneys and wheelchairs or machinery), doctors, or patients.
