What does it mean if your preteen is lactating?

It can mean many things. Most likely .. the white liquid coming from her breasts .. isn't milk ..its discharge. this can happen sometimes when the breast tissues are activated at the start of puberty.

If it is still happening in a few months or gets any heavier then you should just see your GP just incase. But don't worry, preteen nipple discharge is not uncommon.
