Where is the second yard bird in wizard 101?

In Wizard101, the second Yardbird can be found in the Celestia region, specifically in the area known as the "Survey Camp." Look for it near the base of the cliff, close to the entrance of the camp. Interacting with it will help you complete the Yardbirds collection quest.
