How do you remove a passenger side front door panel on a 1989 Toyota pickup?

I have a 1992 and I can tell you these steps:

- remove the three screws from the panel (two in the hand and one in the latch)

- pop the c clip off the manual window lever- this is a pain, you basically need to pry the lever a bit back using a screw driver, then push the c clip back till it pops off

This is a partial answer because I do not know how to disengage the handle. It will get you started though.
