Take the bike for a few minutes ride to warm the primary fluid up. This will help drain the oil out better. Let the bike cool down for 15 minutes. Locate the primary case on the left side of the engine and place an oil drain pan under it. Take a ratchet and a T-40 Torx bit and remove the drain bolt. Completely drain out the fluid into the pan. Rocking the bike back and forth can help. Remove the drain plug and O-ring and clean them thoroughly. Place a new O-ring and put the drain plug back. Tighten the plug to foot pounds using a torque wrench. Remove the clutch inspection cover and the gasket using aT-27 Torx bit. Replace the gasket if needed. Fill in primary case with new fluid. Make sure it is level with the bottom spring on the clutch assembly face. Put the back the inspection cover and gasket and tighten the bolts using a torque wrench in a star pattern to 10 foot-pounds. Clean up spilled fluid and check for leaks.
