How do you get your military disability payments stopped so you can reenlist?

If you are receiving disability payments after being separated from service, than you should NOT be allowed to return to active duty. If you are truly "cured" of you affliction, contact your local VA facility and request to be cleared for return to duty. If you are just having trouble finding a job, look harder.
