Can boys be pregnant

NO, it is biologically impossible for a boy of any age to be pregnant with no exceptions.

Only women can be pregnant and that can happen because women have an egg inside their reproductive system that, if fertilized by a man's sperm (the white stuff that comes out of the penis during male orgasm), grows into a fetus and eventually a baby.
Boys can not get pregnant unless they somehow have all female reproductive organs therefore being a girl
