Why are sisters so bitchy?

They probably just seem annoying to you, but in reality, they probably just want to spend time with you and get your attention. She probably looks up to you and wants you to be proud of her. She just doesn't know how to get your attention. Play games with her and include her in some of your activities and she probably won't seem as annoying.
