Where is the fuel filter located at in a 1993 Dodge Ram 250 van?

Fuel filter is a metal cannister type that is about 5 inches long, located inside drivers side frame rail about midway between tank and engine. Filter has what I think they call "quick disconnect" spring loaded couplers on it, you have to, or should have, the proper tool to release them, although I have done it with a screw driver, you just must be careful not to break them in the process.
