What are the rules for the Knock card game when playing with only 3 cards?

In the Knock card game with 3 cards, each player is dealt 3 cards face down. The goal is to have the lowest total point value in your hand. Players take turns either drawing a card from the deck or the discard pile, and then discarding a card. When a player thinks they have the lowest hand, they can "knock" to end the round.
