Most lawnmower tires are of the molded solid plastic type, and are generally attached to the axle by means of a nut/washer or clip cotter pin type, located behind a small center hub type cap that needs to be popped off with a screw driver straight bladed type, under this hub cover will reveal either a nut and washer holding the wheel on, which will require a socket /ratchet for removal(usually left to loosen....right to tighten) or you will find a clip like cotter type pin device that will require a pair of needle nose pliers to remove such clip.
