What ever happened to Nylox boat company?

The company was owned by William (Bill) and Marcell Lockwood. My mother was their office manager. The company started in Arcadia, Ca. but moved to Azusa, Ca. As fiberglass boats became more and more popular manufacturers multiplied rapidly. It became difficult to make money in that market and the Lockwoods stopped producing boats and retired.
