Sony revealed the release date and price for their new PlayStation 5 console in a livestream on Sept. 16, 2020. The console launches on Nov. 12, 2020 at $399/$499, and preorders went live almost immediately after the livestream ended. It looks like the initial preorder stock has been depleted, but don’t worry, there will still be plenty of new consoles available on launch day.
