When are shitzu considered mature?

Shih Tzus are generally considered mature around 1 to 2 years of age. By this time, they have typically reached their full size and weight, and their behavior becomes more stable. While they may retain some puppy-like traits for a while longer, they usually exhibit adult characteristics and temperament by this age.
