What do you see as the challenges to the teacher you are working with in the classroom?

If you are going into teaching it is important that you understand the matrix of teaching and what is going on in the classroom. Out of this will come part of your philosophy concerning education and teaching. A teacher needs a foundation educational philosophy to teach.
