Does 2007 Honda Accord have timing belt or chain?

The 4 cylinder has a chain which will normally last the life of the engine. The V6 has a belt that MUST be replaced every 110,000 miles or 10 years whichever comes first. Also replace the water pump at the same time as the belt. Do not neglect this service or you will have serious internal engine if the belt breaks.
