Is a BMW and rover 75 diesel crankshaft pulley the same?

Yes, i believe the rover 75CDT and CDTI diesel engine (called M47R) is the very same as the BMW E46 320 diesel engine (called M47). This BMW engine was also used in the BMW E39 520 diesel car
