Which is the equivalent prize for Nobel Prize?

For some years, Soviet citizens were legally barred from Nobel Prize activity. the counterpart Stalin Prize was innaugurated by the Stalin Government. one such awardee was the optical engineer Maksutov, who invented a type of mirror-telephoto lens still widely used and adapted to both cameras and telescopes- this is also called a Catadioptric lens, sometimes under the nickname of a ( Cat). Nazi Germany had an independent award for Arts and Sciences- Ferdinand Porsche ( you have heard of his cars) one such recipient. both of these were founded for political reasons to encourage (Defense science work) so to speak and not internationalism.
