Absolutely NOT! It's a dog. Not a four legged human. If you think it's infected, get the dog to a vet, If you do not think it's infected, leave it alone. Actually, antiseptic cream would not hurt a dog. The dog will probably just lick it off, but over-the-counter creams and lotions are designed to be safe enough that it shouldn't cause anything except a bad taste. Antiseptic creams and ointments are designed to kill some bacteria and prevent infection in a wound. If a wound has visible pus (yellow or white discharge) or is very red and hot - or if it does not close over within a few days - then you should take the dog to the vet.
