It is fairly easy to change the rear lights in a discovery 2. First dirve to the nearest Land Rover dealership (which may be approximately around 50 miles from where your disco is located). Tell them you want the rear lights to be replaced. They will ask you to leave the vehicle there overnight so that their mechanic can get to it the next day. The next day in the afternoon you go and pick up the vehicle. Not only would they have replaced your rear lights they would have also changed the wind shield wipers. You pay the $1000 bill and you are all set.
