Is a newspaper have to be colorful?

Only for kids though. I really do not think that they have to be colourful. They have to only fulfil their purpose. Since the term "News" & "Paper" so it has to only give the latest news about whatever is happening currently in the whole wide world. And if people really want colourful news papers, then they can just surf the internet for colourful news papers! :P
