How do you combine runes with weapons in the game feudalism 2?

Go to an armory where you forge your weapons. Put whatever weapon you want to combine the rune with in the box above the anvil, and the rune you want to combine the weapon with in the box labeled 'Rune to enchant'. Then, just click 'Enchant Rune!' and they will be combined.
