To play a C11 chord on the guitar, place your index finger on the 3rd fret of the A string, your middle finger on the 3rd fret of the D string, your ring finger on the 3rd fret of the G string, and your pinky on the 3rd fret of the B string. Strum all the strings except the low E string.
