What types of animals adapt to freshwater biomes?

I only know one which would be the frog...

One way a frog adapted to the wetland is having his long sticky tongue to catch water-skiers or the pesky flies that buzz and ski around him. P.S. From Nolan Rudolph for those of you doing the Biome Project in springer school
