How do you take out your tragus piercing?

Hold on to the back of the piercing with one hand and then twist the front bit left.

(Lefty loosey, righty tighty.)

I had problems undoing my tragus piercing stud because it was screwed on quite tight so I eventually went back in to the place I got it pierced and just asked them to loosen it a bit for me.
